The Summer Truffle is preserved in its natural state without aromas and preservatives.
It is carefully selected in its maximum ripeness and preserved in brine to be appreciated at any time of the year maintaining its organoleptic characteristics to satisfy every recipe.
Its few ingredients determinate a high quality.
Ingredients: Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), water, salt.
How to use: It can be used as a fresh grated or sliced truffle. To best enjoy this truffle is advisable to mix it with EVO oil or butter or cheese or truffle flavoured oil. Cooking water can be also used.
Recommended 20g per person.
Once opened, keep it in the fridge at a temperature from 2°C to 4°C for max 4/5 days.
