Ingredients: Champignon mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), olive oil, black olives, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), Summer Black Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) min. 5%, salt, anchovy paste (anchovies, olive oil, salt, cloves), garlic, Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and rel. Group.), cornstarch, white pepper, flavours. Contains wheat products (gluten), fish. May contain milk products.
How to use: Ideal to embellish all your recipes: on a slice of bread for a crunchy bruschetta, to fill or dress fresh pasta, for scrambled eggs, as side sauce for meat and fish courses.
This product ready to use can be used directly from the jar. You can heat it in a bain-marie way or in the microwave at the lowest temperature, removing the lid.
Alternatively, if used as a dressing cream for a first main course, it goes very well with butter, parmesan cheese, cooking cream and béchamel sauce.
