Ingredients: Cooking cream, butter, milk, pasteurized eggs, water, White truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) min. 2%, Bianchetto truffle (Tuber Borchii Vitt.), grated cheese (milk, salt, vegetables rennet), salt, cornstarch, flavours. It contains eggs and dairy products.
How to use: To best enjoy the white truffle cream is advisable to mix it with milk or butter to enhance its creaminess.
Recommended 15g per person.
Once opened, keep it in the fridge at a temperature from 2°C to 4°C for max 4/5 days.
