How to use: This butter is a perfect dressing to enhance any dishes. In fact, it can be used as a base for the risotto, on the tortelli or gnocchi, to butter canapes or to brush it on meat or fish main courses.
It is perfect in all recipes where truffles are present, from the Summer truffle to the Winter Black Truffle.
