How to use: This butter is a perfect dressing to enhance any dishes.
In fact it can be used as a base for the risotto, on the tortelli or gnocchi, to butter canapes or to brush it on meat or fish main courses.
It is ideal in all recipes where White truffle and Bianchetto truffle are presents.
